| Shop URACS is run by Jerboa Ltd. The following terms and conditions of sale constitute a binding agreement between Jerboa Ltd and its customers which applies to all purchases made on the Shop URACS web site. Shop URACS an e-commerce site is operated by Jerboa Ltd. Customers are reminded that these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully, you may wish to print a copy for future reference. You agree not to change these Terms of Sale from the form presented by us. All other terms and conditions including those in any order submitted by you are expressly excluded and shall have no effect. All communications made thus far by us are invitations to treat only.
Acceptance of Order
Your acceptance of these Sale Terms by clicking on the "confirm order" button represents an offer of contract from You only and is not binding until accepted by Us either by sending You an email which is received by You explicitly stating this or our dispatching the goods to You with a dispatch note issued to You by us. Receipt of an order via the Jerboa Online Tackle Shop website by us does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer for any reason.
Any errors or omissions in any catalogue, sales literature, price list, despatch note, invoice or other documentation or any information issued by us from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on our part. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any order submitted by you and for the giving of such information as is necessary relating to the Sale Terms and delivery (as the case may be) to enable us to deliver the goods to the delivery address notified by you.
General Sales
1. All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. Jerboa Ltd will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold from its web site until payment has been received and cleared in full. Payments are accepted on most credit or debit cards via a secure server. I/We authorise you to make any enquiries you deem necessary in connection with this sale. This information will be used for fraud prevention or debt recovery.
2. All prices quoted are for new products and are priced in pounds sterling including all taxes at current rates. Price excludes delivery to any address but is clearly shown before you checkout. An invoice giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid including VAT will be supplied.
Delivery
3. Delivery for mainland UK Customers. All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond the control of the Company: including acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delay by suppliers. Dispatch will normally be within 14 days from receipt of the order. If we are out of stock you will be notified by e-mail and given an approximate delivery date. Small items may take longer.
Uxbridge Rovers Membership
4. Membership subscriptions for Uxbridge Rovers Angling and Conservation Society are not refundable and are subject to acceptance of the rules of the Society as amended from time to time. These rules can be viewed here or on the Uxbridge Rovers web site (www.uracs.co.uk).
Accuracy of Information
5. Jerboa Ltd takes great care to faithfully reproduce all descriptions and specifications that are made available to the company however, errors may occur. If you are in any doubt we recommend you use our contact form to seek answers to any questions you may have. The illustrations and colours are representative only. All sizes are approximate. All Items are subject to availability. All details, specifications, prices are accurate at time of publication, but may subsequently change. While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown are as close as possible to the actual specification there may be slight variations due to the nature of the medium. All accessories are extra unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter specifications without further notice.
Guarantee
6. All items other than membership subscriptions to Uxbridge Rovers Angling and Conservation Society are subject to the manufacturers guarantee (Usually 12 months). All goods sold comply with current legislation and consumers are reminded that these items and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Right of Cancellation
7. With the exception of MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION TO UXBRIDGE ROVERS ANGLING AND CONSERVATION SOCIETY the customer has an unconditional right to cancel an order. You must exercise the right to cancel an order by informing Jerboa Ltd via e-mail (receipt needed) or on the phone. Within the following time limits
Cancellation Period.
Goods - from the date the order is accepted by Jerboa Ltd until fourteen days after the Goods are dispatched. Customers exercising their right to cancel an order must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to Jerboa Ltd in an unused and as new condition complete in its original packaging and with all instructions and accessories. The return must include any premium offers or free gifts offered with the product. Alternatively Jerboa Ltd can arrange the return or exchange of the goods. Jerboa Ltd will refund the purchase price of the goods or services within 30 days of receiving and checking the goods are as new and complete, less the cost of delivery to Jerboa Ltd where necessary unless we have made an error.
Pricing
8. Retail selling prices include value added tax at the UK standard rate where appropriate. This is not a TAX invoice.
Defective or Faulty Products
9. If you believe that the goods you have purchased are defective at any time please report this as soon as possible to our customer services. If the goods are within the manufacturers guarantee period we will arrange to replace or repair the goods as per the manufactures guarantee. It may be necessary to inspect the goods. Should this inspection prove the fault to be the result of customer misuse then our normal service charge will apply.
Privacy Policy
10. Jerboa Ltd use the information supplied by you through the ordering/registration page to process and fulfil your order. We will pass your details to Uxbridge Rovers Angling Society who may use it to keep a record of members, inform you of Society activities and invite you co renew your membership for future years.
